NEW YORK CITY-Blink Fitness has inked a lease for approximately16,000 square feet of space in the concourse and on the groundfloor of a building at 600 Third Avenue at East 40th Street. Theaffordable gym chain will open its first Midtown outpost at thebuilding owned by L&L Holding. Asking rent per square foot forthe ground floor space was $200.
