NEW YORK CITY-American Associates, Ben-Gurion University of theNegev has signed a 10,100-square-foot lease at 1001 Sixth Avenuefor 12 years. The nonprofit will occupy the full 19th floor of the24-floor building located between West 37th and West 38th streets.Asking rent for the lease was $44 per square foot.
