PETALUMA, CA-Target Corp., a retailing company based inMinneapolis, is expanding its operations in the San Francisco area.According to the San Francisco Business Times report, Target haspurchased a 10-acre site in the city of Petaluma with plans toconstruct a 140,000-square-foot store there.
