SAVANNAH, GA-Batson-Cook Development Co. and Cortland Partnershave broken ground on a $35-million multifamily project inSavannah. The Two Addison Place development marks the first jointventure for the Atlanta-based real estate companies.
Community and Southern Bank, Kaufman Realty Group and NXTCapital, together with Batson-Cook Development and CortlandPartners, will finance the 325-unit development, which is scheduledto be completed in early 2013.
