NEW YORK CITY-Mount Sinai Medical Center has leased a75,000-square-foot space at One Pierrepont Plaza in Brooklyn tohouse its new multi-specialty physician practice. The lease runsfor 15 years and asking rent per square foot was $37. The hospitalwill occupy the whole 17th and 18th floors of the700,000-square-foot building. Forest City Ratner Cos. is the ownerof the 19-floor property.
