BOSTON-A developer is planning to construct a 23-storyresidential tower on a Fenway triangular parcel. During the AudubonCircle Neighborhood Association meeting, Peter Sougarides ofSamuels & Associates unveiled plans for the 25,000-square-footparcel located at the junction of Brookline Avenue and BoylstonStreet.
The parcel currently contains an Ace Ticket office and aD'Angelo sub shop. The new residential building will have twofloors of retail space with 50 condominiums and 200 apartmentsabove. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
