LONDON-Legal & General Property is developing plans toprovide a GBP 15-million improvement to Midsummer Place ShoppingCentre situated in Milton Keynes. The development plans call for a57,000-square-foot addition to the center.

Midsummer Place contains 430,000 square feet of retail space.Its existing tenants include Apple, Debenhams, GAP, H&M,Hollister, Hugo Boss, Superdry and Zara.
