BOSTON-Boylston Properties Co. has obtained a $48-millionconstruction loan for the development of the Residence Inn byMarriott in Boston. The 175-room hotel will come up at 121Brookline Ave. beside Fenway Park.

The eight-story extended stay hotel will provide spaciousstudio, single- and double-bedroom guestrooms. It will also featurea 6,000-square-foot retail space and underground parking. HollidayFenoglio Fowler arranged the construction financing, which wasprovided by U.S. Bank. Construction is expected to be completed inJune 2013.
