BRISTOL, UK-Legal & General Property has signed agreementswith Premier Inn and Odeon for a new development at St StephensPlace in Trowbridge. The company will regenerate the Trowbridgetown center brownfield site of the former Tesco store at StStephens Place with a new leisure park.
