WHITE MARSH, MD-Gaithersburg-based Metro Bobcat has leased twobuildings at 11000 Pulaski Highway in White Marsh. The constructionequipment retailer has leased the buildings totaling 20,000 squarefeet from MarineMax.

Metro Bobcat is planning to use an 11,000-square-foot structurefor its operations and sublet the 9,000-square-foot structure atthe site. In the lease deal, Metro Bobcat was represented byMichael Myers and Steven L. Cornblatt from Trout Daniel &Associates, while the landlord had in-house representation.
