KANSAS CITY, MO-Reece & Nichols Realtors has signed a leasefor more than 9,000 square feet of space at the Valencia Placeoffice building in the Country Club Plaza. The company is planningto relocate its Shawnee Mission Parkway office from Mission Woodsto the Valencia Place building by the end of summer.
