LA VERGNE, TN-Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems Inc. has signed alease for 200,000 square feet of space at Mason Road DistributionCenter. The automotive supplier has renewed its lease for 120,000square feet and leased an additional 80,000 square feet of space atthe 400,000-square-foot building in La Vergne.
Mason Road Distribution Center, located at 323 Mason Road, isowned by New York-based Clarion Partners. David McGahren of CassidyTurley negotiated the lease deal on behalf of Sumitomo. For thefull story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
