TOLEDO, OH-The Toledo Blade reported that a developer based innorthwest Ohio is planning to transform a steam plant into 67apartments, a health clinic and a YMCA as part of a $16-millionproject. The developer is working with the University of ToledoMedical Center and the YMCA of Greater Toledo to renovate theToledo Edison steam plant.

The new development, named Water Street Station, will havesingle- and double-bedroom apartments, nearly 13,000 square feet ofspace for the YMCA and a 5,000-square-foot clinic. For the fullstory, go to Columbus Business First .
