NEW YORK CITY-Borghese, a global cosmetic, fragrance andskin-care company, has inked a lease for 7,973 square feet or theentire 20th floor of an office tower located at 3 E. 54th Street.The company has leased the space to relocate its headquarters from10 E. 34th Street. Asking rents at the tower owned by Charles S.Cohen was in the mid-$50s per square foot.
