ST. LOUIS-The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported that AbstraktMarketing Group is planning to move from its current place in theBenton Park neighborhood to the Raeder Place building situated onLaclede's Landing in St. Louis. The firm has leased 30,000 squarefeet in the Raeder Place building for 10 years.
The company will move to the new location by June 1. Thebuilding has an asking rent of approximately $14 per square foot.CBRE negotiated the lease deal on behalf of the landlord. Forthe full story, go to St. Louis Business Journal .
