LENEXA, KS-The Lenexa City Council will consider a tax incrementfinancing plan for 51-acre mixed-use development at the northwestcorner of Renner Boulevard and Prairie Star Parkway. The Lenexaproject, which comprises two development entities of PriceDevelopment Group, will include a 308-unit residential complex.
