MILWAUKEE-Des Plaines, Illinois-based Pathway Senior Living isplanning to construct a 104-unit senior living complex inShorewood. The project, which will include 56 assisted living unitsas well as 48 units with memory care services in two buildings,will come up on a 3.07-acre riverside site that Wangard PartnersInc. purchased from Sunrise Senior Living Inc. in early April for$1.5 million.
