SACRAMENTO-The Sacramento City Council will consider a proposalto loan nearly $4.8 million for the Township 9 housing project onNorth 7th Street. The residential mixed-use project in the oldRiver District redevelopment area on the north side of RichardsBoulevard will comprise 2,350 housing units and a retail space onthe ground floor.
The five-story building will come up on a 1.83-acre site. Theloan will include $3 million in tax increment funding and $1.8million from the Sacramento's Home Investment Partnership Program.For the full story, go to Sacramento Business Journal .
