KANSAS CITY, MO-Kansas City's Tax Increment Financing Commissionwill consider a tax increment financing method for a proposed$142.5-million retail and office project in Clay County. Theproposed plan for the Towne Center development calls for 150,000square feet of office space and over 1 million square feet ofretail space.
