ST. LOUIS PARK, MN-Spring Park, Minnesota-based Yanik Cos. isselling a medical office building in St. Louis Park. The372,000-square-foot building sits on a 3-acre site along I-394.

The site formerly housed a Santorini Tavern and Grillrestaurant. In February, Yanik inked a contract to act as thebuilder for the owner of the St. Louis Park site and it retainedMinneapolis-based RSP Architects to help with conceptual plans.
