SAN DIEGO-A new medical office building measuring 75,000 squarefeet has opened at UC San Diego. The $25-million building, situatedbehind UCSD's Thornton Hospital, is a gateway to UCSD's HealthSciences and Medical Center.

The three-level center comprises office and meeting space. Itwill house Clinical and Translational Research on the first floorand a cafe and exam rooms on the main floor. C.W. Driver built thecenter.
