NEW YORK CITY-CVS has grabbed a new location at the corner of10th Avenue and 23rd Street. The 10,000-square-foot store issituated at the base of the Equity Residential-owned building at500 W. 23rd St.

The asking rent for the lease was $200 per square foot. TreverGallina, Ross Kaplan and Jason Pruger from Newmark Grubb KnightFrank brought CVS to the site. Paul Berkman and Craig Slosberg, whohave joined Jones Lang LaSalle from NGKF, represented EquityResidential in the lease negotiation. For the full story, go toNew York Post .
