RICHARDSON, TX-California-based Inogen Inc. will open an officeon East Collins Blvd. in Richardson and employ 200 workers in thenext 18 months. The company has signed a 31,204-square-foot leaseat 1125 East Collins Blvd. at Cardinal Park One for its corporateoffice.

Inogen will relocate to Cardinal Park One in June. In the leasedeal, the tenant was represented by Henry S. Miller Brokerage's JimTurano, while Cardinal Park was represented by Holt LunsfordCommercial's Josh Barnes and Bryon McCoy. For the full story, goto Dallas Business Journal .
