ST. PAUL, MN-St. Paul has finalized financing for theconstruction of a residential and retail complex at 100 11th St. E.The city said that the financing for the Penfield project willclose within 30 days and the construction will start soonafterwards.
The project will comprise a 27,000-square-foot Lunds store and254 apartments. BKV Group Inc. is the architect and Weis BuildersInc. is the general contractor. The lender for the Penfield projectis Dougherty Mortgage. For the full story, go to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
