CHICAGO-The owner of a vacant seven-story office building inRiver North has listed the property on the market for $10 million.The 65,100-square-foot building at 540 N. LaSalle St. was hit witha foreclosure lawsuit in 2011.
A venture managed by Joseph Lagoa has employed CBRE Inc. tomarket the property. The venture paid $2.4 million for the buildingin February 2005. In June 2011, a subsidiary of Popular Inc., a SanJuan, Puerto Rican bank, filed a foreclosure lawsuit against theventure. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
