PITTSBURGH-Downtown-based McKnight Realty Partners has secured anew tenant to occupy space at the Henry W. Oliver Building. MetzLewis Brodman Must & O'Keefe LLC has inked a long-term leasefor over 21,000 square feet at the 471,000-square-footbuilding.

McKnight purchased the Henry W. Oliver Building in October.TarquinCore LLC's Joe Fryz and Ron Tarquinio represented the lawfirm, while Tim Goetz of Grant Street Associates, which isassociated with Cushman & Wakefield, represented the owneralong with McKnight's Christine Stinson and Mike Locke.
