ST. LOUIS-NorthMarq has arranged $9 million in first mortgagerefinancing for Ronnie's Plaza in St. Louis. The retail center,which measures roughly 190,000 square feet, is situated on thenorthwest end of Baptist Church Road and South Lindbergh in St.Louis County.
