MIAMI-Swire Properties is planning to start construction on itsBrickell CitiCentre project at the end of June. The $1.05-billionproject will come up on a 9.1-acre site on South Miami Avenue inMiami.
The first phase of the Brickell CitiCentre project will includefive structures with 520,000 square feet of retail stores, 243hotel rooms, 800 condominium units, 93 serviced apartments and3,100 parking spaces as well as a 110,000-square-foot office tower.The project is expected to create 1,700 construction-related jobs.For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
