GRAFTON, WI-Wangard Partners Inc. is planning to startconstruction next month on an office building measuring 45,000square feet in Grafton. The one-story office building will beconstructed on a 6.13-acre vacant property at the southwest edge ofCheyenne Avenue and Badger Circle.
