NEW YORK CITY-Thor Equities has put 446 W. 14th St., a propertyhaving two levels of retail space in the middle of the meatpackingdistrict, on the market for sale. The company is hoping that thefive-story building, situated between Tenth Avenue and WashingtonStreet, will fetch approximately $45 million.
