RALEIGH, NC-Washington, DC-based Federal Capital Partners isplanning to build approximately 400 apartments in an upscale areaof Raleigh. The new project, called Ramblewood Apartments, will bebuilt on a 15-acre land in Raleigh's North Hills area.
