BALTIMORE-Two Maryland-based vending companies have signed alease for 30,600 square feet of space at 810 Oregon Ave., a116,804-square-foot industrial facility in Linthicum. Vending PlusInc. and Black Tie Services Inc., which are merging together, willoperate at the Oregon Avenue building.
