PARKLAND, FL-Standard Pacific Homes will start construction on a450-unit project in Parkland. The Irvine, California-basedhomebuilder will break ground on Watercrest at Parkland, a 288-acremaster-planned community, on Tuesday.
The property is located between Loxahatchee Road and County LineRoad. Standard Pacific Homes will launch sales for the developmentin 2013. The project will include homes ranging from 2,000 to 5,000square feet in size. In South Florida, the homebuilder has fivesingle-family home communities.
