HYATTSVILLE, MD-The Towers at University Town Center, a 100-acremixed-use development in Hyattsville, will be sold at an auction.Tidewater Auctions LLC will sell the 910-bed student housingcommunity at the foreclosure auction.
As stated in Maryland state assessment data, the property isvalued at approximately $65 million. UTC Housing still has to paynearly $53.1 million in debt on the center.
