MOUNDS VIEW, MN-MinnPar, a manufacturer of OEM parts forconstruction and agriculture industry, is relocating its TwinCities warehouse to Mounds View. The company recently leased an82,717-square-foot warehouse at 5267 Program Ave.

According to a press release from CBRE Group, MinnPar isrelocating from its current location at 900 Sixth Ave. S.E. NickPeterson, an industrial broker from CBRE, negotiated the lease dealon behalf of MinnPar. For the full story, go to Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
