MORRISVILLE, NC-Novella Clinical Inc. has leased a three-storyoffice building in Morrisville from Duke Realty Corp. The contractresearch organization has leased the entire 1700 Perimeter ParkDrive building measuring 77,239 square feet in Perimeter Park, a2.5-million-square-foot development near Raleigh-DurhamInternational Airport.
The Perimeter Park Drive building formerly housed SalixPharmaceuticals. Brad Armstrong of UGL Equis represented thetenant, while Hooker Manning of Duke Realty represented thelandlord in-house in the lease transaction. For the full story,go to Triangle Business Journal .
