CHICAGO-The venture redeveloping the old Stateway Gardens publichousing project in the Bronzeville neighborhood on the South Sideis planning to begin its next phase, a $41-million projectcomprising 108 apartments. The Stateway Gardens project is nowcalled Park Boulevard.

The new phase will create rental apartments in 12-unitstructures at 4-10 W. 37th St., 16-22 W. 37th St. and 3633 S. StateSt. as well as a 72-unit structure at 3720 S. Dearborn St.Developer James Miller is leading the Park Boulevard venture.For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
