CHICAGO-The 16-story office building at 550 W. Washington Blvd.has reached sales block. Boston-based Beacon Capital Partners Inc.has hired Eastdil Secured to market the 372,000-square-foot officetower.

A person familiar with the property said that the building willfetch between $105 million and $115 million. Real Estate Alertestimated that the building could sell for approximately $120million.
