HOUSTON-Brookfield Office Properties has signed two lease dealstotaling approximately 272,000 square feet of space in downtownHouston with two energy companies. Rosetta Resources Operating LPhas taken 108,565 square feet of space at Heritage Plaza at 1111Bagby St. and Chevron U.S.A. Inc. has expanded its space by 163,950square feet at the 1600 Smith Street building, formerly calledContinental Center I.
