ARLINGTON, VA-NBC Washington reported that the Arlington CountyBoard has approved a proposal for a six-story apartment buildingwith retail on the ground floor at 650 N. Glebe Road. The newproject will replace a single-family house and the Goodyearbuilding and will comprise 163 apartment units and 2,200 squarefeet of retail.
The board also recognized a $1.46-million deal to improve JamesHunter Park in Lyon Village and an allotment of $5.7 million forthe improvement of Columbia Pike. For the full story, go toWashington Business Journal .
