BROOKLYN, OH-The Cleveland Plain Dealer reported that AmericanGreetings Corp. is planning to relocate from Brooklyn to a newbuilding in Westlake in mid-2014. The northeast Ohio company ispreparing to break ground on the new 650,000-square-footheadquarters building next year.
The five-story building, which will have office space, retailand a parking garage, will cost between $150 million and $200million. It will have approximately 58,000 square feet of retailspace on the ground floor. RTKL has designed the building. Forthe full story, go to Columbus Business First .
