LOS ANGELES-Century West Partners will create a new multifamilyproperty in Los Angeles's South Park. The development entity, ajoint venture of Cypress Equity Investments and Fifield Cos., willbreak ground on the first phase of Avant, a 440-unit apartmentcomplex.
