CARROLLTON, TX-North Texas-based Exalt Printing Solutions isexpanding and consolidating its operations in Carrollton. Theprinting company has leased 51,500 square feet at 1875 MonetaryLane.
The company will consolidate its two operations from 635 RegalRow in Dallas and 1711 Briercroft Court in Carrollton into theMonetary Lane space. Financial details of the deal were notrevealed. Exalt is planning to relocate into its new office inearly fall. Irving-based Mercer Co.'s Adam Curran represented Exaltand CBRE's David Easterling represented landlord RREEF.
