EDEN PRAIRIE, MN-Starkey Hearing Technologies is increasing itsresearch and development operations in Eden Prairie. The hearingaid manufacturer has recently inked a lease for approximately40,000 square feet of space in Prairie Oaks Corporate Center at6455 Flying Cloud Dr.

The property is situated across the street from the company'scorporate headquarters. The 83,000-square-foot building, whichformerly housed the headquarters of Xiotech Corp., is owned byMinneapolis-based CSM Corp. The expansion will increase Starkey'sR&D space by approximately 25%.
