LONDON-Quintain, a London-based fund manager, has arranged GBP70 million in financing for the new iQ Shoreditch scheme. M&GInvestments is financing the new Shoreditch studentaccommodation.
The 673-bedroom iQ Shoreditch will open this summer. It willincrease the total rooms in the iQ portfolio to 5,183. These newfacilities will supplement the GBP 115-million M&G senior debtfacility obtained in March 2012. The iQ Fund, a joint venture ofthe Wellcome Trust and Quintain, secured the loan.
