AUSTIN, TX-A new apartment project is proposed at the northeastcorner of South First Street and West Riverside Drive in downtownAustin. Alliance Residential Co., an apartment builderheadquartered in Phoenix, submitted its conceptual plan for theproject to the city on May 9.
The developer proposed a 353,000-square-foot mixed-usedevelopment on a 1.53-acre parcel. The project will include 230units or 200,000 square feet of apartments, 3,000 square feet ofretail and 150,000 square feet of parking. For the full story,go to Austin Business Journal .
