MEMPHIS-The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. has leased 32,000square feet at Lakecrest III, a 130,000-square-foot office buildingat 6060 E. Primacy Parkway in East Memphis. Memphis Daily Newsreported that the deal is the largest lease this year in the officereal estate market.

B&B Specialty Contractors Inc. has filed a $1-millionbuilding consent for space improvements. The Memphis regionaloffice of FDIC is currently placed in the Clark Tower.
