BALTIMORE-XLHealth Corp. has selected Howard County instead ofBaltimore City for its expansion. The health care firm has signed alease for 68,470 square feet of space at Meadowridge 95 inElkridge.
Merritt Properties LLC is the owner of the two-story officebuilding. In April, the Business Journal reported that XLHealth wasabout to lease space at 3700 Koppers St. in Baltimore. In theHoward County deal, Cassidy Turley's Lizzy Sweeney and PeteStanford represented XLHealth, while Merritt Properties hadin-house representation.
