BOSTON-City Hall has given green light to developers toconstruct a mixed-use community on vacant plot on both sides ofMelnea Cass Boulevard between Shawmut Avenue and Washington Streetin Roxbury. Urbanica Design + Development will construct a$63-million community on parcel 9 that will comprise a two-storycommunity and commercial building, a 150-room hotel and afive-story residential and retail building.
