NEW YORK CITY-Fashion designer Mara Hoffman has inked a leasefor 3,200 square feet at 866 Sixth Avenue for five years. Theasking rent for the building between West 30th and West 31ststreets was $31 per square foot. Nisselli Realty is the owner ofthe property. Hoffman intends to use the ninth-floor space as anintegrated design studio and showroom.
